Confidentiality matters in analytics, PPC, CRM and data warehouse work. I can work under your NDA or provide a simple mutual NDA where needed.

Default position

Client data, commercial information, account access, strategy, pricing, customer lists, tracking setups, CRM data and internal documentation are treated as confidential whether or not a separate NDA is signed.

What the NDA usually covers

  • The purpose of sharing information and the project being discussed.
  • What counts as confidential information.
  • How confidential information can be used.
  • Reasonable care, account security and access control.
  • Permitted disclosure to professional advisers, subcontractors or legal authorities where required.
  • Return or deletion of information when the engagement ends.
  • How long confidentiality obligations continue.

What it does not do

An NDA is not a replacement for a project brief, proposal, data processing agreement or service contract. It simply gives both sides a clear confidentiality framework before sensitive information is shared.
